1. Who we are
Quelle OS (“we”, “us”, “our”) operates the QEcosystem — a bundle of digital applications, content, tools and member services. By creating an account or using any Quelle OS surface you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.
2. The QEcosystem Pass
A QEcosystem Pass grants member access to the five active QEcosystem applications under their stated tier (Core, Pro or Operator). Tier inclusions, limits and pricing are described on the pricing page and may change with notice. Some content is labelled “demo”, “preview” or “coming soon” and is provided as-is until promoted to general availability.
3. Accounts
- You must be at least 16 years old to create an account.
- You are responsible for activity under your account and for safeguarding your password.
- One person per account; sharing credentials is not permitted.
- We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms, abuse the service, or pose risk to other members.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use Quelle OS to break the law, infringe rights, harass or defraud anyone.
- Scrape, mirror, resell, sublicence or reverse-engineer the platform or its content beyond what these terms or applicable law allow.
- Bypass tiered access, rate limits, or QTrust Shield safety controls.
- Upload malware, illegal content, or material you do not have rights to use.
- Use the AI features to produce content that infringes third-party rights, defames a person, or violates platform safety policies.
5. Member content & AI outputs
You retain ownership of content you create or upload (“Member Content”). You grant us a non-exclusive licence to host, transmit, back up and process Member Content solely to operate and improve the service. AI-generated outputs delivered to you can be used for any lawful purpose, subject to the underlying model provider’s policies. You are responsible for verifying that outputs are accurate and lawful before relying on them.
6. Our intellectual property
Quelle OS, the QEcosystem brand family, the Quelle identity, source code, written content, product designs, and the “Source · Signal · System” framework are protected by copyright, trade-mark and other laws. You are granted a personal, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the service for its intended purpose — nothing else is implied.
7. Payments, renewals & refunds
- Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date.
- You can cancel at any time from your member dashboard; access continues until the end of the paid period.
- EU/UK consumers retain statutory cancellation rights where applicable. Digital content delivered immediately may be exempt; we describe this at checkout.
- Taxes (incl. VAT) are added at checkout where required.
8. Third-party services
Quelle OS uses third-party processors (hosting, authentication, payments, email, AI model providers, analytics). They process data on our behalf under contract. Details are in the Privacy Policy. We are not liable for outages or defects in those third-party services beyond what the law requires.
9. Disclaimers
Quelle OS is provided as-is and as-available. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fit for a particular purpose. Educational, longevity, health, financial and operator content is for informational purposes only and is not professional advice. AI features can produce inaccurate output; review before relying on it.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising out of or related to the service is limited to the fees you paid in the twelve months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data or goodwill. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
11. Termination
You may close your account at any time from the member dashboard (“Request account deletion”). We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these terms or where legally required. Provisions intended to survive (ownership, disclaimers, liability, governing law) will survive termination.
12. Changes to the service or terms
We may update the service and these terms. Material changes will be notified by email or in-app at least 14 days before they take effect, except where a shorter period is needed for legal, security or operational reasons. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept them.
13. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales. Courts of England & Wales have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory consumer rights you have in your country of residence.
